This is the most delicious potato soup I have ever made in 1 hour!


 

1 kg potatoes mainly firm boiling
1 bar of leeks
2-3 carrots
1 onion
1 garlic clove
25 g roast fat or butter
1200 ml vegetable broth
100 ml sweet cream
Parsley
60 g bacon cubes
3 sausages
1⁄2 TL Majoran
Salt pepper, nutmeg
Bread or baguette as side dish optional

Instructions

First peel the potatoes carrots, onion and garlic. Clean leeks thoroughly.

In dessert, chop the vegetables, finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté everything together in the pot in fat.

Then top up with broth and cook for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, season with marjoram, grated nutmeg, salt and pepper.

Now fry the bacon in a small pan. Cut sausages into slices. Place in the potato soup with the cream.

Then simmer for another 5 minutes until the sausages are heated and garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
