First, put down the slice of roulade meat and spread well with mustard, season with pepper and salt. Now you have to cover with 2 slices of bacon, distribute onion slices and some cucumbers and feta.
After that, put on the next roulade and proceed the same way, repeat the whole thing until all the roulades are used up together.Next, tie the roast together (beautiful with feeling so that nothing is pushed out) and put in the roaster. Season with a little pepper and salt from the outside.
Next, in a pan for the sauce, fry the onions in a little oil, Now add the vegetables and mustard and let a bit of color take on, add the tomato paste and sauté a little.
