I’ve tried every chocolate dessert out there… but THIS one? I think I blacked out after the first bite. π€― Full recipe ππ¬
These look like moist **chocolate brownies with a glossy chocolate glaze** π
Here's my tried-and-true recipe – nice and fudgy and intensely chocolatey:
---
## π« Moist Brownies with Chocolate Glaze
### π§Ύ Ingredients (for approx. 20 brownies)
#### For the batter:
* 200 g dark chocolate
* 180 g butter
* 250 g sugar
* 1 packet vanilla sugar
* 4 eggs
* 130 g flour
* 30 g unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 pinch of salt
#### For the glaze:
* 150 g dark chocolate
* 100 ml heavy cream
* 1 tbsp butter
---
### π©π³ Instructions
1. **Preheat oven** to 170 °C Top/bottom heat.
Line a rectangular baking pan (approx. 20 x 30 cm) with parchment paper.
2. **Melt the chocolate and butter**
Melt both over a double boiler or carefully in the microwave. Let cool briefly.
3. **Beat the eggs and sugar**
Cream the sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs (don't overmix, or they'll become cake-like).
4. **Stir in the chocolate mixture**
Slowly fold in the melted chocolate.
5. **Mix the dry ingredients**
Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and gently fold them in.
6. **Bake**
Bake for approximately 20–25 minutes.
π They should still be slightly moist inside – this will keep them fudgy!
7. **Prepare the glaze**
Heat the cream (do not boil) and pour it over the chopped chocolate.
Let stand for 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Stir in the butter.
8. **Glazing & Chilling**
Spread the glaze onto the cooled brownies.
Chill for at least 1 hour so they become nice and firm to slice.

### π₯ Extra Tips
* For even more moist brownies: Replace 50g of flour with ground almonds.
* Adding chopped walnuts or chocolate chips to the batter makes them even more delicious.
* For an extra glossy finish: Beat the eggs and sugar until very creamy.
